Reviews about Tyre Express Hove Ltd

After getting consistently ripped off by many garages, my friend recommended Tyre Express to me. I could not be happier with the service I have received! I have since taken my car into them for MOTs and other problems I've had with my vehicle. Each time I've had a professional, reliable and quick service. Could not sing their praises enough. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Needless to say I have now recommended Tyre Express to all my friends and family. I want to say a massive thank you for all your help. I would urge everybody to use them as they are simply fantastic!!

A SMALL ADVICE TO ALL BUSINESSES Do you know why the customer is always right? It’s because the customer is an honest, hardworking person who is just looking to get good value for their money. Customers aren’t out to cheat you. But too many business owners create an adversarial relationship with customers, often before any transaction even takes place. Stop treating your customer like an enemy. Treat them with respect and don’t look down upon them because you own a business and you think you are better than them. They are your best friends. They should be treated like family. You should go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of them. Businesses that do this will attract far more customers than they could ever possibly lose to a few bad apples. And listen, even if your customer or prospect is wrong, what benefit is it to you to make them feel wrong? How is it going to help your business by proving that you’re right? Do not threaten your customers by claiming that you have CCTV footage. CCTV is only admissible in court when there is a robbery, shop lifting or bodily harm, but if there was a verbal dispute neither you nor the customer can use this as evidence to prove they are right or wrong. Always look on the bright side of every customer interaction. It should never be an adversarial relationship. Customers are looking to give you money, to put their trust in you, and to have you give them the solution to their problem. To them, you are a problem solver. They aren’t out there looking for companies to steal from. Focus on what counts, and that is to simply make their life better. Make sure the customer knows you care, and do your best to over-deliver on the promises you make. Treat them like family, create goodwill in all your interactions with them, and they will spend their energy telling others to invest in your products. Customers are good. Customers are right. Never forget that. For me 'the customer is always right' translates simply to.. customers must never be made to feel that they are wrong. A customer can change their mind about something if you have dealt with them correctly but they must think that it was their decision to do so. I do hope that this advice does not fall on deaf years but taken seriously. ========================================================== Response to Tyre Express response. Some business owners when they get a negative reviews they try to over shadow them by asking friends and relatives to give positive reviews to keep the rating high. As all can see from my review, I did not mention names, I just very polity wrote (A SMALL ADVICE TO ALL BUSINESSES) without pointing fingers to any specific person. So basically the owner of the business that I referred to threatened me with warnings from the police which never took place. The owner of that business has violated the terms and conditions of Google and Yell by divulging my name to the public. I could sue him for slander if I wanted to but I am satisfied with the advice I posted. Does my review indicate that I am in direct or indirect contact as he claimed with that business? Of course not. The police told me I can write whatever I like about a business. The manager wrongly accused me of physically assaulting him which is a total lie. Well there were CCTV cameras all around the garage and the manager should have presented footage to the authorities to back his claim as opposed to giving false statements. Last but not lease I do wish the manager of Tyre Express Ltd. would take this matter further to court. I have proof that he has failed time and again to repair my car.
