A truly terrible shop Badly run and never enough staff on to serve. It's pretty normal to walk in and the que is at least halfway down the isle!! The poor staff who are working (not Managers) deserve a pay rise. I try to avoid if possible and I'd advise others to do so... I hope head office read this and improve the Southwick branch
